Update don't find KLCP... Empty Update don't find KLCP...

Hi,
I note that for a while now - intermittently - updates refuse to install itself on my PC (Win 8.1-64 bit) because they don't find KLCP. Now it is installed...

This still just happens with the last "klcp_update_1218_20160608.exe".
Previously, I tried reinstalling, but this comes back after a while.
An explanation ?

Run the normal installer for version 12.1.5. That should fix the problem.
