Cant change the preferred directshow decoding filters

Hi, im usin the latest klite megacodeck pack and windows 10 64 bit

I have a video player (whirligig) for virtual reality that requires the lav decoding filters to work properly. If i use the codeck tweak tool to change the preferred directshow decoding filters settings, when i push the "apply" button all changes i made are reseted to default settings again. i tried running the program as administrator with no luck. Can you help me please? thanks.

Get the 12.1.7 update. It fixes a bug that might be the cause of your problem.

I had the same problem. I ran the Codec Tweak Tool as admin, and trying to apply the Preferred Decoder settings. The Preferred DirectShow decoding filters settings would not apply.

Updating to k-lite 12.2.1 fixed the issue. Videos are now playing in Whirligig.
