Broken sound using AAC and max bitrate (320)

Hello,
I have downloaded some videos using Debut Stream Recorder (free version) at mp4.
Video quality (MPEG4 compressor) is OK.
But the sound comes up broken, the settings being AAC & bitrate 320 (max).
The last are those recommended by Debut manual.
My OS is Windows-7, 64 bit.
Switch Sound File Converter doesn't help.
So, is there any way, incl. by K-Lite 999 Codec, to configure the movies thus recorded?
I have to avoid updates.

Version 9.9.9? It seems that you have an old version. You can get the newest here:

You do NOT need to install a 64-bit version separately! The normal installer already contains 64-bit codecs.

If the problem still occurs with the newest version, could you upload an example file for me?
