crash on new version

i am using a old version then something went wrong. I installed a new version, still have it

The crash is caused by the TechSmith Screen Capture Codec which is used by Camtasia and SnagIt.
It seems that the file is installed in the wrong location. tsccvid64.dll is the 64-bit version of that codec and it is located in the 32-bit system folder of Windows.
Easiest solution is to remove that file.

i changed it to 64bit folder but it did not work. However, because of your 64 bit ideal, i use 32 bit to play that video. It works well. thank you

Another solution is to enable "camtasia" format in LAV Video Decoder settings.
