OS Windows 10. When trying to use the Codec Tweak Tool and error msg says "Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item."

I went to Program files (x86)\K-Lite Codec Pack\tools and tried to run Codec Tweak Tool as Administrator and got the same error msg.

Most likely your virus scanner is blocking it.
