I have 11.55 version, how to update to latest?

Hi - I have this used Sony PC Windows 7 machine I bought last year and a pop up came up today letting me know CODEC had a new update for 11.90. When I went to update it told me I have to get something else first to reach that update. Can you please let me know what I need to do? Thank you.

The update always requires already having a very recent version installed. In this case 11.8.5.

To update an old version you simply need to use the regular installer (Basic/Standard/Full/Mega, depending on what you have installed).
