How to always show taskbar in fullscreen

I am using K-Lite mega 11.8.2.
I want to keep taskbar always on fullscreen. like this:


Also unhidden controls should be like this:


Is it possible?

Maximize the Window (not full-screen!). Then press 1 (= Menu>View>Presets>Minimal) to hide the controls and Window borders of MPC-HC. Press 3 to return to normal view.

No, that is not possible.

But you can make the taskbar appear in fullscreen by pressing the Windows key (twice) on your keyboard.

I'm running windows 8.1. I just tried pressing the Windows key (twice), didn't work.

That is probably due to the new Start menu of Windows 8.1. You can get the old style Start menu back with for example ClassicShell or Start8.

I have no other suggestions for you.
