I encounter a problem recently. The subtitle always play a few second advance. I'd play it fine no problem on Win 7 with the same version of K-Lite Codec Pack 11.8.0 and same setting, the only different here is Win 10.

Reset the settings of MPC-HC and DirectVobSub with the Codec Tweak Tool.
