Lag only in audio.
I am using NVIDIA CUVID as hardware decoder and video playback is smooth except the audio (only in 1080p videos). I am a using a Low end desktop pc, here is my system information and other details generated by codec tweak tool:

Re: Lag only in audio.
Yes you're right, but the video quality is not as good as nvidia cuvid, is there any other audio decoder or any other tweak which can fix this?Admin wrote:Try "DVXA2 (native)" instead of CUVID. That is more efficient.

Re: Lag only in audio.
The video quality should normally be the same. But maybe the video driver uses lower quality processing because of the low-end hardware.
Can you test if the quality is the same as CUVID when using DXVA2 (copy-back)?
There is not much that you can do to improve performance. These tweaks may help a little bit:
1) MPC-HC options > disable Internal Audio Switcher
2) Open the Windows Task Manager. Right-click on mpc-hc64.exe and set Priority to High. You need to do this every time you start the player, but if it helps, then there are tools that can do this automatically.
