Restore Directshow filter management settings

I have clean installed windows 10, installed k-lite codec pack basic and now by mistake I have enabled all the directshow filters in filter management option in codec tweak tool. how to reset it to default.

Most things are already enabled by default.
Things that are disabled by default on Windows (but are safe to enable) are:
Microsoft G.711 decoder
IVF Source Filter

Both those filters are included with Windows for legacy reasons. They are disabled by default since hardly anyone needs them.
