Ubuntu 15.10 Totem image stutter, Vlc image tearing(nouveau) green blinking (nvidia drivers)

I know that this isn't a linux forum but please help me cause nooene on ask ubuntu or any other for will help me.
When I use the nouveau drivers I have image tearing in VLC. But when I use nvidia I have green screen blinking when I go to fullscreen, change aspect ratio or move the mouse so that the playing bar shows. Also I have stuttering when I move mouse over playing bar. this happens on ubuntu 15.10 and linux mint. by default on 15.10 vlc uses VDPAU if I turn on video accečeration then I have green lines on the borders of picture. Are this things normal. Why I have image teearing when I use Nouveau and Image blinking when I move to fullscreen or etc.

Also in Totem I think that I have image stuttering on some part. no matter the codecs, drivers. please se the videos. do you see the stuttering on the rocks?
