Default installation of MPC-HC language files

I tried to change the default user interface language of an MPC-HC installed together with KLMCP, but there was only English available as language.
As I have found out from the FAQ the language files should be installed by default. But as I saw it, that check-box isn't selected by default. Is this really a bug in the installer, or I made some stupid mistake?

It only installs them by default if you don't have an English version of Windows.

Simply run the installer again. Uncheck "perform quick upgrade" and then enable the option for the language files.
