Icaros terminated unexpectedly

since the start of August I am randomly getting
"Icaros terminated unexpectedly. A minidump has been written to disk. Explorer needs to restart... "
and promptly the windows explorer crashes and reboots the desktop.
searching the internet - it points to "Icaros Property Handler" commonly used across most codec packs and in particular K-lite ...
Yesterday I loaded the latest "K-Lite Codec Pack 11.5.0" and today again suddenly getting random crashes !
Running Win7 with Intel Dual Core and nVidia graphics .

Send the dump files to the developer of Icaros (Xanashi). He should be able to fix it then. His e-mail address should be in the error message.
