Audio in Ultra HD

I have KLITE 11.4.0 and i have problem with the audio in an Ultra HD video....ironically i watch the video smoothly in MPC (unlike VLC and WMP where they show it slowly), but the audio it´s mute

the audio is MPEG Audio 48000Hz stereo 192kbps [A: mp2, 48000 Hz, stereo, 192 kb/s]

The audio seems to be decoded normally, without any indication of errors. So it may just contain silence.
