Please keep installation and use simple:
If possible one click to get most settings OK.

Please include many audio & video file formats (codecs?).
Please keep the quality of your software high.
Please also include the high quality formats
as 32 bit float 44 kHz/48 kHz wav
or even the 96 kHz or even 192 kHz formats.
Please also support the lower quality audio formats.
Please support all kind of video formats; there are a lot of video formats on modern and old camera's.

Select the "Simple" install mode and then almost everything is done automatically.

The pack already supports almost every format in existence. If you have problems playing specific files, then I can only help if you give details about those files.
