MPHC audio issue.

I did it, but I don't know what that will accomplish. I read something about reseating the GPU. That also confused me because I don't see how that affects audio when the playback device is in the motherboard. Unless I plug into the TV and use NVIDIA's audio driver.

Reseating just means take out and put back in. The GPU uses the PCI-E bus, just like the network adapters and sound hardware.

I did a clean re-install, just got a little stutter. Again, the frequency has decreased, but not all gone. Ugh, just have to live with it.
