Question on MPC-HC version

I noticed that latest releases of KLCP install a nightly version of MPC-HC. I just wonder if this is a good idea. (I mean, nightly versions are considered to be unstable).

The changes are closely monitored. In case of potentially risky changes, builds are usually tested for a few days before they get used. Many people use the nightly builds, so big problems are reported (and solved) quickly. In most cases the development builds actually contain less bugs than the latest official release version.

Plus, the pack offers intermediate update versions, which can be used to supply a different (older) version of MPC-HC if the situation requires it.
