No repeat/loop option for K Lite Codec Pack?

I've been using K-Lite Codec Pack and VLC for few years now simultaneously but never have I ever realized the video quality difference between K-Lite Codec Pack and VLC. Here is a comparison screenshot of both:

Now while I still prefer to use VLC as my default player I cannot help but stop my self from changing it to K-Lite Codec Pack after looking at this much of a difference.
However, I'm only being set back by some of the things that lacks in K-Lite Codec Pack but I can live with all that but one; no repeat/loop button?

I listen to my audio songs even with these sometimes or just merely YouTube downloaded songs and like to put them in a playlist sometimes and run them through but after realizing the quality difference, I cannot help my self.
Is there any way at all to add a repeat/loop button on the K-Lite Codec Pack? If so that'll be highly appreciated if anyone can help or better yet I cannot figure out which codecs or whatever settings are helping K-Lite give such amazing results so if there's any way I can apply the same settings to VLC then it would be awesome so any help on that regard will also be highly appreciated.

You can improve quality even further with madVR (which is rather complex to configure). For the standard video renderer, there is a simple way for further improvement. Options > Playback > Output > Resizer > Bicubic (A parameter controls sharpness)

MPC-HC does not have a repeat function that you can toggle on/off for the current file. There is a repeat option that applies always (options > playback), but that is not what you need.

I would suggest submitting a feature request to the developers of MPC-HC. You can do that by creating a new ticket at this page:

So there's no way around to my solution but just to sit and wait for MPC-HC to add a feature that users have been requesting for years now? Oh well, I guess.

I realize this is an old thread but I concur / agree with the original poster. K-Lite's quality is way better than VLC but I have the same problem here now too i.e. I need to repeat sections of guitar tutor videos and VLC has the loop feature but the quality is bad (and in some cases when the loop starts playing the video is garbled for some reason but not all of the time). I take it that this loop feature has never been added (since 2015)???

There is still no loop or A-B repeat.

But you can use Alt+Left to go back 20 seconds. You can increase that in Options > Tweaks.

Yeah, where's a quick way to activate loop, and an option to default to loop?
