That means there is a problem with your graphics driver. Updating the driver usually fixes the problem.

I thought that as well but I have the latest graphics driver for my Dell Optiplex 755 Mini-Tower installed already.

Does EVR Custom Presenter also fail?

All I can suggest is to submit a bug report to the MPC-HC developers.

Don't forget to mention which GPU you have and that it works with EVR-CP.
