Update to 11.1.4 Failed on Win7 x86 Empty Update to 11.1.4 Failed on Win7 x86

I tried to update K-Lite Codec Pack 11.1.3 Standard to 11.1.4 with klcp_update_1114_20150514.exe, but just got an error message:

Internal error: Cannot install files to 64-bit locations on this version of Windows.

My OS is Windows 7 x86 Home Premium

If it's not only in my case, please fix it.

Uncheck madVR. Error will be fixed in next version.
