Unavailable "Pan and scan" in MPC x32 and x64 Empty Unavailable "Pan and scan" in MPC x32 and x64

Hi,
I changed my laptop on Lenovo T410s with Windows 7 x64 and installed K-Lite Codec Pack 11.1.0 Full but "Pan and scan" is unavailable. I tried on version x32, x64 and portable MPC-HC.1.7.8.x86 but everywhere is that same problem. Anybody have any idea how to solve that problem?
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5 CPU       M 520  @ 2.40GHz, 2400 MHz

GPU: Intel(R) HD Graphics (Core i5), Intel Corporation zgodne
Installed GPU drivers:igdumd64.dll,igd10umd64.dll,igdumdx32,igd10umd32
Version GPU drivers: 8.15.10.2622
Actual driver: c:\windows\system32\drivers\igdkmd64.sys (8.15.10.2622, 11,74 MB (12 311 904 bajtów), 2015-04-21 16:10)

Options > Playback > Output > Select "Enhanced Video Renderer (Custom Presenter)"
