can't play some .bik video files from "Wolfenstein The New Order"

Can't play some .bik video files from "Wolfenstein The New Order" using latest version of mega k-lite codec pack, although some other .bik videos such "Prince of Persia The Forgotten Sands Trailer" can be played.

The support for .bik is not perfect.

The only chance to get it fixed is to submit a sample to FFmpeg.

thanks I looked at those links but I really didn't understand what to do for reporting this issue, so can you please report it? and which information do you need? I will put them here or if they are file I'll upload and link them here.
