Have crash after close the mpc

I have installed the code pack mega 11.0.5 , when i finished the movie and closed the mpc ( let's the movie run to the end, or you can just let it play for about 6 seconds and then pull the bar to the end ) it crash , the error like this:

Does it happen every time, or did it occur just once? I have had a similar crash myself a few times, but it is very rare.

If it happens frequently:
1) Grab latest nightly build of MPC-HC here:
http://nightly.mpc-hc.org/
(get the .7z version and extract it with 7-Zip or WinRAR, it requires no installation)
2) This version will should a .dmp file when it crashes.
3) Submit that .dmp file to the MPC-HC bug tracker here:
https://trac.mpc-hc.org/report/9
Then the developers of MPC-HC can analyze the crash and hopefully fix it.
