Problem with MPG4 and Lav Splitter, I think.
I have two problems but I'm not sure if they're one in the same. The first is an issue with video playback in Slave's games which require this codec to run http://slaver.sakura.ne.jp/mp4codec.lzh. Even after installing it and reinstalling Klite and trying it like that It continues to tell me I need to have that installed. Here is the error it prompts me with:
コーデックを使って画像を展開できませんでした / Using the codec was not able to expand the image
The other problem is with Evee's game where the playback of the videos will start play through once and then freeze until I force another clip to play. The solution I've found for this problem is to disable LAV splitter for mpeg4, but I've no clue on how to do that. I'm unsure on if I should provide a link to the dlsite pages for these respective games since they're nsfw, if they're needed I'll provide them though.
Edit:I fixed the 2nd problem by disabling mpegvideo in the splitter settings, I must have missed that the times I was going through it earlier. Still getting the same error on the first problem though.

Re: Problem with MPG4 and Lav Splitter, I think.
Did you select LAV Splitter as preferred for MPEG-PS during installation of the codec pack? By default the standard splitter from Microsoft should be used.
An alternative solution would be to blacklist the game in LAV Splitter. Then it would not be needed to change the settings. What is the name of the main .exe file of that game? Then it can be added to the blacklist.
Are you able to reproduce the playback problem if you open the video files with the GraphStudioNext tool? If so, I would be interested in have the video file. You can upload it to a site like sendspace.com or datafilehost.com and copy the link here.
The first problem can probably be solved by fixing the installation of that old codec. Installing using the included .inf file did not work correctly since you are using a 64-bit version of Windows. As you can see at the very end of your log, it has been installed as a 64-bit codec, and not as 32-bit as it should be.
You can fix it by moving the file mpg4c32.dll to c:\windows\syswow64 (which is the 32-bit system folder).
You also need to move the three corresponding Registry keys that point to that file. Move them from:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Drivers32
to
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Drivers32

Re: Problem with MPG4 and Lav Splitter, I think.
My K-Lite settings are probably whatever they default to, recently reinstalled my OS and went with Ninite for quickly getting things setup. So besides disabling the splitter for mpeg4, it should be default I'd assume. I'm unable to reproduce the problem now since fixing it, I want to say the problem stems from the video/audio in the game being two separate files, but I'm no programmer.
As for my first problem, I moved those registry keys around and everything seems fine now.
Thanks for your help and the detailed instructions/explanation.
