klite codec pack mega 11, 11 + update 11.0.4, 11.0.4 beta on 10041 build "not work": mp4, mkv starts play with mpc-hc x64, but quickly freezing video and all UI (include windows); audio played just a little and silence - only reboot. Test LAV and ffdshow config.

The Codec Pack is working correctly. Your problems are caused by a bug in Windows, or by a bug in one of the drivers.

The default drivers that are installed by Windows 10 and Windows Update are currently rather unstable. Download the graphics driver from the NVIDIA/AMD/Intel website. Those driver versions are more reliable.
