Problems with subtitle

Recently I've updated my k-lite mega (11.0.2), and since I can't use somethings that I used to, for exemplo: View > Subresync, and File > Load subtitle, they are blocked, does any one know how to fix it?

That functionality is only available when using the internal subtitle renderer.

You can see which video renderers are compatible with subtitles in Options > Playback > Output.

Since I assume you are using Windows XP, you need use either VMR-7 (renderless) or VMR-9 (renderless).

Really thank you, I've never changes that things before, by fear of messing up. I change there and it works fine.
