Error graphedit next install K-Lite_Codec_Pack

hello, I have installed in my PC, with win7 32bit,
K-Lite_Codec_Pack_1100_Full or K-Lite_Codec_Pack_1095_Full
I use graphedt.exe microsoft, receive error click on DirectShow Filter. If I uninstall K-Lite_Codec_Pack_1100_Full, graphedt.exe works not errors.
Error is caused by: COMCTL32.DLL

That is a known bug in GraphEdit. It does not correctly handle filters that support a large number of mediatypes (such as LAV Video decoder).

The codec pack includes GraphStudioNext, an advanced clone of GraphEdit. That works correctly.

I have a new problem:
I after installing K-Lite_Codec_Pack_1100_Full videos mpg2 look jagged with VLC player media player etc. Look good with (Media Player Classic K-Lite_Codec_Pack_1100_Full).
How can I fix this?

That video is interlaced. You can improve the quality by enabling de-interlacing in VLC.
