FLAC + .CUE FILES
Hey is there any way I can play large flac files with .cue sheets on media player classic?

It supports embedded cue sheets (and embedded coverart). Then it will show the individual tracks as chapter marks on the timeline.

That's what it says when I try to play the .cue sheet? Any suggestions? I'd really appreciate it

Re: FLAC + .CUE FILES
It does not support an external .cue file. It currently only supports embedded cue. That means the data from the cue is located INSIDE the flac file as metadata, similar to for example an ID3 tag.
Re: FLAC + .CUE FILES
Is there a way to split the flac files according to the .cue sheet with re-encoding? It is 24bit 192kHz, I've tried CUEtools and medieval cue splitter, but it did not work. What would be the best thing to do if you want to split it without losing quality? Thanks

Re: FLAC + .CUE FILES
FLAC is a lossless format, so there won't be any quality loss if you do re-encoding. It just takes more time.
Here is some other tool I found:

Thanks a lot!! That tool works perfectly! No re-encoding required, super fast!
