Some bug maybe in new MPC ?

I am using new K-lite Codec Pack Mega 10.9.5 and Windows 7 Ultimate x64

My problem is :
i have already unchecked "Keep History of recenty opened file"

after that when i open new video and closed it, and when i check at task bar ... the recent history of my video that i open APPEARS

so weird, cuz before i update the k-lite, it won't happen

please fix or is there any solution for that ?

It is Windows that is remembering the recently opened files in that menu.

Right-click on the Start button > Properties > uncheck "Store and display recently opened items in the Start menu and task bar"
