Donation && Forum registration

<disclaimer> Sorry for my bad english, i'm from Russia, and just learning english </disclaimer>
First of all, when i try  to register on your forum x@yyyy.zz it's a valid email (it's my domain, it's some fashion in Russia now to get domain with your surname)
Secondary and main, your codec pack & payer EXTREMELY popular in my country. I, with my friends noticed a button donate during MISCLICK!, and on my Win8.1 in does not work (happens nothing) . So i think a lot of people wish and can donate, but we don't know that you need it, and don't know how to do it.

I don't know why your e-mail did not work. I don't have any control on how the forum software works, so I can't fix that.

There will probably be a donation page in the future with information how to donate to the developers. Not just for MPC-HC, but also for developers of LAV Filters, FFmpeg, MediaInfo, Icaros, and other tools.
