Boost center will increase the volume of the center audio channel when downmixing surround audio to stereo. The center channel contains the voice of people and other foreground sounds.
Include LFE will include low-frequency sounds from the subwoofer channel into the mix. This should not be enabled unless your speakers have a good quality subwoofer.
Pass-though options are for sending audio directly to an external receiver. People who have such hardware will understand what this option does. You should not change it.

Would you also please give me an example of good speaker with good subwoofer? For that I can buy good speakers in the future, thank you. : )

I am not an expert. Just avoid the really cheap ones. You should be able to find speaker reviews online.
