Video don't show only sound on K-lite codec mega pack and wmp in windows 8.1

Hey guys !!
I'm using windows 8.1 , and I have a problem with my K-lite codec mega pack and wmp , when i play videos or movies avi mp4 ... etc , there is no image only sound , the subtitles works too , i tried many times to remove and install the codec pack but still the same problem , can you help me please ?!!

Test if the videos play properly in the GraphStudioNext tool. They should use LAV Video decoder.

Do those files perhaps contain 10-bit H.264 video? The Media Foundation codecs that WMP uses do not support that.

Try this:
Codec Tweak Tool > Media Foundation > Disable for AVI and MP4

Thank you for answer Admin , i tried the method , i tested the video with GraphStudioNext tool
it use LAV Video decoder , and when i play it with GraphStudioNext tool the video works great , but when try to play it with K-lite codec (MPC-HC) and wmp , i tried this:
Codec Tweak Tool > Media Foundation > Disable for AVI and MP4 .
but still the same problem .

It might be a problem with the video renderer.

1) First try updating your graphics driver.
2) Disable hardware acceleration in the video decoder, in case you have enabled that.
3) Try a different video renderer in MPC-HC.
Options > Playback > Output > DirectShow video > Video Mixing Renderer 7 (windowed)

Thank you for answer Admin , i tried the method , i Tried a different video renderer in MPC-HC:
Options > Playback > Output > DirectShow video > Video Mixing Renderer 7 (windowed) .
The problem is solved in MPC-HC player !! thank you !
But still the same problem for WMP !! is there an ideas or a method to solve it ?

Do you perhaps have a Sony Vaio computer with an AMD Radeon graphics chip? That has a known compatibility problem with video playback on Windows 8.1 according to Sony website and various forums.

A possible solution that I found is to install the Windows 7 driver for the graphics card, using Windows 7 compatibility mode (right-click on driver installer > properties > compatibility).
