How to extract Audio-stream from MP4 or MKV files?

Sorry for off-topic,I don't know if some of the components of K-Lite could do this(thus I don't need to install additional softwares).

I've got MKVToolNix but it only extract *.mka files,I wonder how to extract *.m4a or *.aac files?

I've use MMG.exe to remux *.mp4 files into *.mkv files.Then use the command-line "C:\Program Files\MKVToolNix\mkvextract.exe" tracks "xxx.mkv" 1:"D:\track1.aac" 2:"D:\track2.aac" to extract the audio-streams.

Wonder if GraphStudioNext could do this?

MP4Box can also extract the raw audio track.
