Where did the "LAV for everything" option go?

I've tried to install latest version (10.4.0 + 10.4.4 update), but I couldn't find the "LAV for everything" profile. What is the equivalent?

The "Standard Playback" profile.

The Standard version of the codec pack would be sufficient for you if you are currently using the Full or Mega version.
