Multiple icons means that some program has created multiple instances of those filters. It they continue to display after that program has been closed, then it means that program did something wrong with stopping playback and destroying filter graph.

Which program is that other icon that shows up multiple times?

the other software is Supersing player LG..

You can find an option in those filters to hide the systray icons.

The real problem seems to be in that player. There is nothing I can do about that.
