Loaded subtitles do not synchronize with DVD movies

Hi,
I've tried searching and I don't see any solution. So I post my problem here.
When I watch some DVD movies, I need to load external softsubs (srt files). Loaded subtitles are in synchro about 20 mins at the beginning of the movies and then they go out of synchro. I think it is worse in movies of long duration.
Those softsubs show correctly in VLC Player. I mean they are good subtitle files and I don't change any of subtitle options in MPC-HC except font type and color.
I'd like to know how to fix it.

Did you download those DVDs? If so, can you give me a link the the DVD and subtitle file. Then I can test it here.

No, I didn't. I think my description is not clear. Sorry about that.
I mean DVD folders (AUDIO_TS+VIDEO_TS folders) copy to my hard disk from DVD discs, not avi/mkv ripped from DVD.
I think this problem occurs in playing ANY DVD folders. So, please test with a DVD movie folder in your hard disk with a proper softsub.
I think you should check your subtitle file in VLC player prior to MPC-HC. because VLC shows it correctly.

It works correctly here with the EVR-CP video renderer. There is a known problem with madVR and external DVD subtitles. That will hopefully get fixed soon by MPC-HC or madVR developers.

I also have the same setting.
There is only VLC and MPC installed on my laptop. Is there any additional filter or something like that on your pc? Which settings can effect on this problem?

I've downloaded and tried with VSFilter but it didn't solve the problem. I will try installing other players and testing the problem.

I am using 10.3.8 with default settings. No additional filters are used or needed.

You can easily test if subtitles are displayed at the correct time by opening the subtitle file with a text editor. Each subtitle line has a start and stop time. Just compare the contents with what is displayed during playback.

PAL (25 fps) and NSTC (23.976 fps) versions of a DVD have slightly different playback speed (and thus duration). Perhaps you got a wrong subtitle file? Although, that would not explain why VLC works correctly.

I'm using 1035 Mega.

MPC shows external subtitles correctly in 4 in 1 DVDs but not in 1 movie DVDs.

KMPlayer have the same behavior as MPC.

VLC also is not perfect in showing softsubs cos', sometimes, subtitles aren't shown at all.

I've searched on internet and found that some players also have the problems in playing DVD with loaded external subtitles.

To check whether the difference in FPS is the problem, I converted a DVD video to AVI and checked with media info tool. They have the same FPS but subtitle only shows correctly in AVI file.

Please test with 1 movie DVD if you haven't tested with it.

Just want MPC to be as perfect as possible.

Open the subtitle file with Notepad. Then you can check if the timestamps are correct.

External subtitles are working correctly here with a retail DVD.
