Problem with DTS audio file

My language is spanish and I will try to use the English

Hi all,
It is my first post and I need support, I have a problem with Dts audio file(MKV), since there is no sound.

You can give any advice please.

My computer is:
processor: AMD Phemon II (x6)
Motherboard: asus crosshair iv formula
HDD: Seagate 1tb x 12
Video target: AMD Radeon HD 6800 Series

This may help:
Codec Tweak Tool > MS Codec Tweaks > Disable MS DTV-DVD audio decoder

But I recommend using MPC-HC instead of Windows Media Player. That should work without issues.
