Recommendations (setup, software) for recording a video stream in 1080p from a Flash player within a browser
Howdy!
My card is in the lowest range of the Radeon HD 7000 series.
My CPU: Intel q9300.
My OS: win 8.1
What program (free or paid) and settings (OS, drivers, codecs...) would you recommend to be able to do so without any frame drops?
Thanks in advance!

The issue is that these extensions don't work with the site I'm trying to record the video.

Which site?
This tool might be useful:
http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/video_cache_view.html
You can record the contents of the screen with programs like Fraps and Bandicam. But downloading the original file is of course much more preferred method.

There is no easy way to download that stream.
Here is a way that may work:

That file only contains subtitles.
These tools work for me:
http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/rtmp_dump_helper.html
http://rtmpdump.mplayerhq.hu/
1) run rtmpsvr.exe and rtmpsuck.exe
2) run rtmpdumphelper.exe
3) start browser and play the video
4) close the browser. rtmpsrv tool will continue to download the file.
5) close programs when download is complete

Firefox wasn't even detected by the dump helper. IE gave this error: Failed to attach to Web browser. Chrome was successfully attached but then gave the same error as IE.
I tried with this video: pbs.org/wgbh/pages/frontline/generation-like/
