jumping frame issue ! Empty jumping frame issue !

I'm using the full version K-Lite Codec Pack 10.20 and I have a problem with jump frame of any kind of video files .
whenever I want jump backward or foreward from the moment of video that im watching it dosent jump exactly in time.
e.g. when I press (ctrl+ ← ) to jump backward sometimes jump one second and sometimes jump 10 seconds !

MPC-HC options > Tweaks > Fast seek (on keyframe)

Disable that option and seeking will be accurate again. It will also be a bit slower.
