can't play mpcpl

image for normally playing the file.
when I save the playlist to "mpcpl" and then replay this "mpcpl" ,just like the following image:
image for "mpcpl"
that is new version above.
10.0.0 is okay

When saving the playlist, select "UTF-8" and encoding method instead of "ANSI".
