Bug Report: MPC-HC included with K-Lite Codec Pack 10.2.5 can't drag window

Previously, with version 1.7.1.247 (and older), one could drag a minimalist window around by simplying dragging it about after clicking it.
(A minimalist window is one without the top bar with filename)

With version 1.7.1.364, the version that installed by Klite Codec Pack update 10.2.5, this is no longer possible.
A workaround is to activate Show Captions and Menu.


Steps to reproduce:

Press 0 twice to get a minimalist window with no controls, captions, menus or borders.
Try to drag window around by clicking and dragging.

This issue was fixed yesterday by the MPC-HC developers.

Wow, and already there is a new version of klite posted.

You guys and the mpc devs are both really fast and on top it!
