Hi everyone ,
I have a little problem when I watch movies in my computer using media player classic.
Every few mintues the picture becomes unsmooth.
My PC is i5 , and my GPU is Raedon HD5450.

Go to the ATI control panel and make these changes:
1) Change refresh rate from 60Hz to 59Hz (if possible).
2) Disable "edge enhancement", "flesh tone correction", "dynamic contrast". (names might be a bitdifferent depending on your driver version)
