problem with signs translation
this the problem, the transltion of the signs dows not appear

I have downloaded the same file. If I seek almost directly to that position, then subtitles are not displayed. If I seek to a position a few seconds before that position, then they are displayed correctly. Subtitles data is send approximately 5 seconds before its time of display (when using LAV Splitter), so they may be unavailable when seeking to specific time positions.
You could try Haali splitter instead of LAV Splitter.

The image posted by the OP is very intriguing: this is not only subtitles that are not showed on MPC, but also signs translation !!
I never encountered this kind of "subtitles" (don't know how to name them), how are they added in the image ?

Those are subtitles too!
Anime videos often use a special advanced subtitle format (SSA/ASS = SubStation Alpha) which allows all kinds of cool effects and shapes.

Wow, cool! That's news for me.
I know this is pretty old, but I'm still digging up the forums n stuff. Thanks for the tip.
