grainy video images

Hello , Guys,
I have a problem when viewing videos in MPC , the image is grainy , like the example below .... already reinstalled and still the same every time .... what can be ? Which graphics chip does the system have? Updating the graphics driver will probably solve the problem.

This is a generic graphics chip and this updated. The machine you are presenting this problem is a dedicated server and the problem only occur on a user in the other 5 users machine this error does not occur.
