Codec subtitle restart problems

HI i am having this coming up when I try to play a video file thats a .mkv file with subtitles



I had reset my computer a few days ago and subtitles would not appear and now today when I reseted it again and installed the mega version that had happened. I then uninstalled the mega version then installed the full version and the same thing has happened.

Is there any help at all.

The OS is Windows 8, previous version of the codec I had was 9.50

Install the correct graphics driver and the problem will be solved.
