MPC-HC doesn't launch on Win7 x86

MPC-HC of update 10.0.3 and 10.0.5 doesn't launch at all.

I'm afread it's only in my case.
Win7 x86 Home Premium

Now I'm using 1.7.0.7670 (86917fa) from 10.0, manually replaced.

Maybe your virus-scanner is blocking it?

No problem at all. In fact, it is very useful to know what caused the problem.

I noticed an EMET related compatibility fix in the commit log of MPC-HC (comitted two days ago). So this issue will probably be resolved in next update.

MPC-HC from update 10.0.7 works good with EMET.

In my case doesn't launch on Win8.1 x64 after installing K-Lite_Codec_Pack_1570_Full.exe when I click shortcut or mpc-hc64_nvo.exe from C:\Program Files (x86)\K-Lite Codec Pack\MPC-HC64
But when I select for file or directory "play with MPC-HC" - it starts.
No antivirus, no EMET.
Any solution?

Does it appear in the Windows Task Manager (Ctrl+Shift+Esc)?

Other applications that I know of that can cause issues are Trusteer Rapport and Bigo Live.
