MPC problem-Taskbar showing with multiple monitor

Is there a way to overlap Taskbar with MPC when playing in fullscreen?
My main problem is that whenever I want to borrow something while watching video on the primary monitor, the Taskbar would show up.

I can set the taskbar on and off. It's fairy irritating tho and even than there's a small white line with icons indicator at the very bottom of the screen.

I am afraid that is standard behavior of Windows when watching on the primary monitor. If you watch on secondary screen, there is no taskbar.

Once the taskbar is shown, you can hide it again by clicking of MPC in the taskbar.
