very low audio
Hello..i have been using media player classic 9.8.5.0 for years.. but yesterday the screen went completly black coudnt see any controls ,so i tried uninstalling it then a error popped saying "the file doesnt exit anymore..." .Then tried installing latest version it asked to uninstall older version so did i,after installation gave output for 2.1 channel as i have..then played mp3 file audio was so low that even in full system volume and speakers volume at maximum but i could hear like whispering...but no problem with vlc,winamp,windows player...i really dont want to use other players...please someone help get through this..

Applications have individual volume controls in Windows 7. Click on the speaker icon in the system tray while playing something in MPC. Click on "mixer" and you will see volume options for all open multimedia applications. MPC is probably set to a low volume there.
Does your subwoofer have its own dedicated cable connected to your PC? If not, 2.1 is incorrect, and you should use 2.0 instead.

Thank u so much ...before i was checking mpc mixer setting..had not looked for system mixer volume controls...i have subwoofer...crystal clear audio now... for mpc..just love it
