Set thumbnail offset

Well this is a short suggestion. I've installed Icaros standalone from K-Lite Codec Pack to do some testings, and I've seen the option to manually set thumbnail offset of the videos, from 0% to 100%. So, you select the percentage in the videos where you want to extract the thumbnails from. Could you consider to put this little option in any future release of the codec packs? It can be helpful. I believe it can be easily put and managed with the Codec Tweak Tool.
