The subtitles work when I play an mkv then at the last sentence the subtitle will stay on the screen and if I close it will be gone from that section but as I play it again at a different part of the mkv the subtitle with hang and stay on the screen again. I'm using K-lite Mega Codec Pack 9.9.4

Which video renderer are you currently using?
Which type of subtitles does the file contain? SRT, VobSub, SSA, or PGS? You can check with MediaInfo.
